Sitoya Mansell, MPH, MS, RDN, CHES is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Sitoya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences , a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) with a Concentration in Health Education & Health Promotion, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition with a Specialization in Nutrition Education and Counseling.
Over the last 15 years, Sitoya has worked for Public Health Agencies, Managed Care Organizations, and in her community in Southern California. She is the Founder and Owner of Happily Ever After Nutrition private practice.
She helps her clients make small incremental and realistic changes in dealing with their eating habits while not taking away the foods that they love but reminding them to be mindful of their eating habits. She really gets to know who her client are and likes to start where they are to assist them with making positive dietary behavioral changes especially when it deals with separating foods and moods or feelings and helping her clients relearn how to use their hunger and fullness cues.
She is an active member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a member of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group. She is currently serving a two-year term on one of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Committees to be a voice of change and to make a great impact in nutrition and among the profession.
Sitoya has counseled and educated well over a 1,000 clients with their nutrition and wellness goals. Today, Sitoya is using her skills in nutrition to launch her private practice where she will help those who want to eat healthier, lose weight, manage health conditions learn the fundamentals of healthy eating without dieting so they can lose weight confidently, choose healthier food options, and create healthy nutrition habits that last a lifetime.
