She gives back to the profession by volunteering her time with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to be a voice of change and to make a great impact in nutrition and among the profession.
Sitoya has counseled and educated many clients with their nutrition and wellness goals. Today, Sitoya is using her skills in nutrition to help those who want to eat healthier, lose weight, manage health conditions learn the fundamentals of healthy eating without dieting so they can lose weight confidently, choose healthier food options, and create healthy nutrition habits that last a lifetime.
